No. 1 Martin Place

The history of Number 1 Martin Place spans over 150 years, anchoring its reputation as the civic heart of Sydney. It evolved from a 19th-century postal colonial hub into a premier modern commercial landmark.

The building served as the official headquarters for Australia Post until 1996, when the site was privatised for commercial redevelopment. It now features a contemporary 24-level office tower housing a series of Australia's Tier one businesses, a 5 star Hotel, high-end retail spaces, and the GPO Grand dining precinct. Our brand and environmental work took an existing brand and reshaped a leasing campaign to breathe life into the asset through a defined new look, refreshed language, photography, environmental and digital collateral.
