Lily Lane
The gateway to Carrington Place and Sydney
Rooted in the landscape and shaped by its natural surrounds, Lily Lane is an address nestled in the heart of Castle Hill, it stands as the welcoming conduit to Carrington Place and greater Sydney.
Lily Lane
At Lily Lane, homes are conceived as more than mere dwellings - they feel as though they rise organically from the earth itself. Textures and tones echo the surrounding landscape, while architectural lines trace the natural slope of the hill. Spaces unfold intuitively, with shared areas acting as living pathways that gently weave the community together.
The name and colour palette draw directly from the native Lily Pilly plants that border the development, grounding the identity firmly in place. This stage of the precinct comprises two buildings connected by a public mews, inspiring the concept of a ‘lane’ - a shared passage that fosters movement, connection, and discovery.
Materially, the design takes cues from Castle Hill’s distinct character, where layered textures meet the warmth of the sunburnt landscape. Reflecting these foundations, the palette embraces calm and earthy tones, creating an atmosphere that feels grounded yet refined, offering a quiet sense of luxury and serenity.
