Located between the vibrant Smith and Brunswick Streets, Saint David offers a rare opportunity to live at the heart of Fitzroy’s creative pulse. A boutique development featuring 17 bespoke apartments designed to embrace the energy of the surrounding neighbourhood while offering a tranquil retreat within, with architecture by Cera Stribley and interiors led by Fiona Lynch Office.
A bold brand identity combines a striking wordmark with photographic collages to illustrate the multilayered expressions of the site's locale. Chrome finishes in print and environmental signage add an industrial accent and reference the materiality of the residential interiors.
